Personal Chef Services

So how does this work?

We begin with a consultation to discuss how and what you like and don't like to eat. I'll explain the details of the service at our meeting, but here it is in a nutshell.

  • I customize a menu for you. You approve or ask for changes.
  • On your cook date, I shop, bring my own equipment to your home, cook, package, label, and store your food in your fridge and/or freezer.
  • Written instructions are given so you can successfully have a delicious meal on the table in about 30 minutes or less.

All I need from you is counter space to prep, an oven and stove that works, and room in the fridge and freezer.

I offer fresh and fresh/freezer services. Completed meals for fresh service are left in your refrigerator and must be eaten within 5 days. This is a weekly service. Fresh/freezer meals are freezer-friendly. Some meals can be left in your refrigerator to eat that week and the remaining meals are stored in the freezer. This is a bi-weekly or monthly service.
